Anpan is a sweet bun filled with red bean paste. ("An": red bean paste.)
It is originally created by Kimuraya located in Ginza and has more than 100 years history.
Now, there are variety of filling; mashed/smooth red bean paste, with whipped cream etc.
It is said super to eat anpan with milk...want to try to check if it is true!?

Melon pan (bread) is a sweet bun covered by cookie dough. The combination of crispy surface and soft inside is very nice and do try just baked one!
